All of our items have a three-month warranty.

Damaged goods you get, here are the steps we solve it:

Firstly, please reject the delivery of the item and take some pictures of the damaged item.

After that, you can contact us via email to report the situation with pictures to have this to be solved.

And if you received items, also please contact us with pictures of the damaged item.

Then, you can return the product to the address provided by our Customer Service Team.

After that, we will re-send you a new free item (we will make up the shipping cost to you), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent

Please be sure to open and check the parcel carefully before signing your name on it.

For any issues, please do follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

2. Please send us a piece of clear picture of the outer package, all shipping labels need to be visible, and (if applicable) the item is received.

Requesting a return for Non-quality related
